Live with children in Illinois?

Live with children in Illinois? Would you be willing to fork over your child's username and password to Facebook (or, one has to assume, any social media outlet) so the school can keep tabs on your child's non-public correspondence?

Whenever people conceive these things, whether they be school administrators or legislators, have them ask themselves a simple question - are you willing to submit to the same requirements yourselves?

That is illegal according to federal laws.
Its not allowed to share passwords according to Facebook's TOS and as such is in violation of CFAA.
