Our Idiot-President

#DonaldTrumo is never the smartest man in the room, but one has to believe a man who was capable of fooling a third of the USA's population would at least be smart enough to tie his own shoes.

But, apparently one would make a wrong assumption if one did so.

Our idiot-President recently made a statement that contradicts the SOP of the GOP for the past quarter century.

His statement:

“So here’s the thing—it’s so terrible what’s happening,” Trump said when asked by Breitbart News Washington Political Editor Matthew Boyle about how the left is fighting hard. “You know, the left plays a tougher game, it’s very funny. I actually think that the people on the right are tougher, but they don’t play it tougher. Okay? I can tell you I have the support of the police, the support of the military, the support of the Bikers for Trump – I have the tough people, but they don’t play it tough — until they go to a certain point, and then it would be very bad, very bad. But the left plays it cuter and tougher. Like with all the nonsense that they do in Congress … with all this invest[igations]—that’s all they want to do is –you know, they do things that are nasty. Republicans never played this.”

Let's imagine for a second the GOP didn't spend an inordinate amount if time investigating Bill Clinton's blowjob, Hillary Clinton's law practice, Bill Clinton's governorship, Hillary Clinton's First-lady-ship; Obama's tan suit, his marijuana experimentation, Benghazi, the ACA; Hillary Clinton's again, also for Benghazi, Hillary Clinton for her emails, Clinton again for the Steele Dossier; Mitch McConnell trying to make Obama a one-term President, denying him his SCOTUS duty, and more - Trump has to at least recall birtherism, right?

I'm shutting down Google+ for the night and quite possibly for the weekend.

I'm shutting down Google+ for the night and quite possibly for the weekend. Why? This stupid #gifwars thing people are so proud of. This Adam Black guy said he doesn't like gifs and now everyone is mass trolling him. Having been mass trolled like this I can relate to him easily enough. Have an opinion and the collective might of Google+'s lower class denizens jump on a bandwagon. I just saw a post where someone wanted to jump on board and had to get clarification she was tagging the proper Adam Black. She wasn't even connected to him ! Nor was she a part of the original discussion. She just wanted to follow the herd. When I called her out of it she claimed, "one gif doesn't make a troll." Perhaps not, but she's contributing to a larger troll effort. One straw doesn't break the camel's back, but thousands will. So, tonight, Google+ disgusts me. It probably will tomorrow as well. And possibly Sunday. I gave up Google+ for two months this spring
