This is a little late but still a step in the right direction.
This is a little late but still a step in the right direction. And, as iquanyin moon asks, why is the FBI sharing their investigation of an admitted peaceful protest with private entities? More importantly, just what information was being shared? Protesting times, movements and locations - sure, but names of protestors?
The good news is the no executive can order the judiciary to drop anything, so this will come to pass.

"The documents released showed the FBI sharing information about Occupy's plans with banks, businesses, and police, even as it acknowledged the protesters' non-violent mission."
because banks are the govt now.

issue. they admit it was peaceful (and lawful btw) protests. so why did
they share anything? I'm super busy right now but one thing I recall they
shared were Occupy plans and movements. that they got by, essentially,
infiltrating via pretending to be a part of Occupy.
