So, I noticed this new blue pop-up bar on the bottom of my screen while looking at a post. Is this new? Have other people noticed this and I'm just late to the game?

Looks like Google is really trying to get more people to Follow more people. If so, this won't work for me. It's annoying and intrusive, two things I'm no fan of, just ask my roommate's dog.
