In the past I've used the Samsung app that cane preinstalled on my Samsung device and the calendar app that came preinstalled on my current device. Google Calendar's UX and design leaves something to be desired. But, I could say that about most of Google's offerings. Sometimes you just have to wonder who thought that was a great idea.
