I've read a few articles on how the MBPT aren't a valid personality profile. This one just happens to have a video. Personally, I fit INTP to the T most days, but somedays, as my testing shows, I am an ENTP.

People are involved. People are inconsistent. The test is always the same test. It is not logical to blame the test for inconsistency.
So, to continue with the (relatively absurd) metaphor, Myers-Briggs gives you one tool. It is up to the person to figure out what that tool is.
