What? He actually took time off the campaign trail to block it. That is just sad. He could have easily just stayed on the trail and said "opps" to the tea partiers that want to hurt people and said he was busy. And not hurt anyone. Politicians do it all the time.

Why did he block it? Not because it was loaded with crap that was not related to the water crisis was it? Because that's normally what does it. All the riders, and the jerks who load down a good bill with political poison worse than the flint water.
