It also has a much much larger engine. Power to weight, the motorcycle is hands down the better machine.

I would say that riding a motorcycle at this speed is more exciting and challenging than driving a car at this speed.
I've got 160 MPH on my 2008 Buell 1125R multiple times.
Here it is on the dyno showing that the gearing allows it to go up to 174 MPH:
