Isn't it great? Driving around L.A. with Toby, I had my netbook attached to a Virgin Mobile HotSpot looking for nearby hotels on Google Maps and calling them so to check rates and availability - which was nice. We've done something similar with the Garmin GPS because that usually has business phone numbers available, too.
So, Minnesota would rather people not be able to advance themselves without the officiating organization paying a fee, first? Do libraries have to pay a fee to lend books? Do documentaries put together by universities have to pay a fee first?
