not as good as the new trucks... it's a 1999
My best is about 16.3  worst is about 13.4 with a 12,000lb trailer. Depends on the speed I'm running, below 65mph (2000 rpm) it does good.
The truck itself weighs about 9600 so I'm thinking it does fairly decent?

My truck gets about 15mpg below 70mph. Terrible! (It's also older).

I hate having to run my card twice to fill the thing!  LOL
The pumps usually click off at $75 around here for card purchase.

Not at all, until you take into account octane ratings. I did find it cheaper a few miles off strip, though.
