It's frightening how many rights have been trampled on and powers have been granted to gov't agencies with the excuse that we need them based on what's happening. When you really look at what has happened, it's pretty clear that a lot of the bad stuff would have already been prevented if everyone was doing their job, and further that the erosion of our rights has not made us more secure.
So, Minnesota would rather people not be able to advance themselves without the officiating organization paying a fee, first? Do libraries have to pay a fee to lend books? Do documentaries put together by universities have to pay a fee first?
