Joseph C. Miller, in Mexico many of the towns have speed bumps coming into town to force drivers to slow down. Some of the bigger towns have then throughout the city to prevent speeding.

I hit one moving pretty fast when riding in Mexico. I was lost in thought and had road-tunnel vision when BAM! ot this bad, though. ;)
