For goodness sake USA pay your staff properly and stop expecting tips as standard, in most other countries its a "privilege" to get a tip and not expected...

You can judge a person by the way they treat those they believe to be their inferiors. Not by how they treat those they view as their superiors...this "lady" obviously thinks she's better than a lowly waitress... How very christian of her.

I knew there was a good reason I avoid Applebee's like the plague.  I always thought it was their crappy food, but now I know better.

Also, I'm surprised the race card has not been played yet.
