I can see why there is a predominantly male offenders list... The male sexual habit is far more aggressive in its pursuance of satisfaction.

More coverage does make sense Jeffrey Hamby. Also increased law enforcement effort has a big role I would bet. Most of these low intelligence offenders get caught pretty quick now. Its only the really paranoid ones that give investigators any trouble these days.
