More Republicans being stupid. Apparently, the Tennessee GOP believes if you have slower learning children, you shoukd have to starve.

That's called "compassionate conservativism."

If they can't get any sort of public aid in TN, maybe they can get it in a neighboring state.  TN's problems are solved.
