I'm confused.

I'm confused.

I keep trying to start a chat with someone here on the Plus and the (right side) chat isn't letting me start a chat. This person is not in my regular chats list and their name keeps showing up as not real.

How do I add people to chat?

"Chat with..." and their email has worked for me.

No, this person is very real. Maybe they have chat turned off?
