Granted, the manner in which they shut down their highway was very smooth and they mounted up and rode away very quickly. Considering the fact they shut down a freeway, they did it as reasonable and smoothly as possible. However: http://laist.com/2013/01/30/biker_who_proposed_on_freeway_could_face_charges.php
