No borders means any state ban is going to have little to no effect. Dumb argument. We have a ban in Canada on handguns, and an armed border that helps keep them out. And a far lower death rate due to guns.

Jason ON let's be clear...there is no "ban" on handguns in Canada.
There is no such thing as "open carry" and the licensing is strict...
it takes time and money to get a gun legally and you can't walk around with it like some dickless wonder...but you can own a gun.

Jason ON I was filling in/correcting what Gord Wait had missed...your response also fails a couple of tests...we have major urban areas with comparable densities...and the education system, while I would like to defend it, I am not sure how it is a factor in this
