That would be, realistically, pointless. Where there is a will there is away and kids are nothing without their social media these days. If you aren't part of the herd then you're invisible; no one will even know who you are. It's pathetic. Why not just try to have social media sites shut down? That's the solution right there.
Like the article says, if this passes and these kids can't join FB, Twitter or Snapchat, they'll just go somewhere else where the rules and the playing field are more Mad Max and less Pleasantville.
