Unfortunately, most of these '14 points' apply equally to all 'news' sources - the broadcast, cable, and internet news purveyors are guilty of sensationalizing and exploiting events for the sake of 'ratings' or 'being the first to bring this breaking news'!!
You therefore made a claim that "all" news sources use these 14 propaganda techniques. That's a very broad claim.
The PhD who wrote this article clearly demonstrates how Fox News does it, but you jumped on the "they all do it" bandwagon without proving your counter-claim.
