Luckily I've never been in this situation and I'd like to believe I'd remain calm, keeping my cool when a gun was pointed at me. However, I'm also wise enough to know I can't be sure how I'll react once such stress is applied.
Anywho, if you're in a situation where you're are risk of being a victim in waiting, here's some good advice.

When I was robbed, it was 2 men & they both had a gun. To this day I don't even remember either of them swearing, but the surveillance video shows they were swearing at me the entire time. I guess my mind blocked it out, maybe to help me not freak out. Maybe that's a trait not everyone has access to, maybe it's a chemical thing in the brain or something. Or, it could be the fact that I had imagined many times of being robbed. This was in South Carolina & during that time gas station robberies were very common, & usually didn't end up well. Also, I think it may be a bipolar thing to imagine all the horrible events that could happen in your life, & I truely think that helps to prepare yourself for if the situation every really did happen.
