Also, this could apply to Comcast as well. I once had a Comcast tech tell me to rearrange my furniture because my router stopped working when I moved my desk from one wall to another.

....and I just sat here for two hours with the DISH tech. At least he was close to on time. Said he'd be here at 8:45 and arrived at 8:50, or so.
