Let this article sink in for a minute. Men and women who are armed and given license to drive as fast and furiously as they can often have less time in training than run of the mill service providers.

And why in the hell do you need over 1700 hours of training to be an interior designer in Florida? Can't you just read a book on Feng Shui and color combos?
