I saw this episode of Law & Order: SVU, except then it was two teenage'ish twins who colluded to murder their therapist who'd convinced their parents to choose a gender identity for one of them after a botched circumcision.

Regardless of the SVU episode, identical twins are built-in reasonable doubt.
