#PokemonGO has all these added side effects. First, you get to find dead bodies. Second, you get robbed. Not in the same place, mind you.

One benefit PG has over Ingress, which people have been playing for three years, is that it's explicitly much harder to stalk people with PG. Niantic really learned some stuff there (and that's probably a good idea, since PG is aimed at kids.) It's possible to figure out where pokestops are, but that's essentially the same as figuring out where bars are and robbing people there.
