I actually looked up something similar night before last and it'll actually be better than bottled. It's because in a side-by-side test, you can't tell the difference between canned and bottled alcoholic beverages, and if you do taste a difference, you'll find that all the good/better attributes are from the canned version, not the bottled one.  Bottles allow oxygen into the mix a lot easier than cans do.

it's not fermentation but oxidization that does damage to alcohol/beer/wine.
