For some reason my Chrome Hangouts extension stopped working today.

For some reason my Chrome Hangouts extension stopped working today. It just sits there spinning as though it's trying to connect to a network. Anyone else having this problem?

I've have a droid turbo been having mega issue won't allow mobile edit. Thinking of ditching chrome for firefox. The googs gotta get chrome to work.

All of my Hangouts extensions (I have the one that resides in the toolbar and floating one) have been working fine all day.
I will add that for a brief period of time this morning my GV text messages were going to the GV app instead of Hangouts so I wonder if something may be going on.

I finally disabled the extension and then relaunched it and all seems to be working fine now. I can't be sure Google was doing something or if it was the sleep mode on my laptop not "waking" properly, but it was surely annoying.

Hmm... that's good to know, Michael Dubnik. So it wasn't just me or my Chrome. Perhaps there was an update ...
