Can anyone recommend a good mobile video editing app?

Can anyone recommend a good mobile video editing app? I took a video with my phone earlier but I need to pare it down about ten seconds and the built in editing in Google Photos isn't working at all.

I just perused the Play Store and saw some with great reviews but most seem to be how to make "videos" with a collection of images, not editing actual video.

So, recommendations are welcome.

Instashot and an app called Video Editor are what I use. U can cut short clips and stack them with music and what not. Very basic but effective apps.

If you look at my YouTube channel, 95% of them were edited with my Galaxy Note 2/3/4/Edge. The native video editor for the Notes are quite handy so I use it in conjunction with Instashot, Video Square, Photo Grid and Pixlr. All in the Google play store.
