Ever wanted to watch the solstice sunrise or sunset down a street or avenue in your local town? There's a map for that.
I particularly like the graph of the proportion of streets in each direction for each city. Places like London have about as many streets at any given angle while almost every street in Beijing is North-South or East-West.
