Would anyone like to a Community Moderator? I can't be everywhere all the time and an extra pair of hands or two wouldn't hurt. Especially if you're from a different time-zone.
The Costs
You would enjoy such privileges as being able to delete posts, block persons from the group and general babysitting of conduct.
The Reward
You will probably also be called every name in the book: an asshat, a Nazi, a diabolical ignoramous.
Dooties
I would prefer to run the group as I run my Circles: as long as no one is overtly verbally abusing another member, people have a right to their opinions.
If you have no tolerance for dissenting opinions you don't need to be a moderator.
Also, as of right now I have G+'s only Community spam prevention tool turned on which means members have to be approved and some comments (I haven't figure out the determining factors yet) have to be pre-approved.
Anywho, if you're up to the task, please leave a comment. Right now we really only need a couple of moderators but as the group grows, so will moderation needs. I will note: chances are, the first couple of moderators I approve will probably be people I have been connected with and have known for a while. Nothing personal if it's not you, I just want to create a 'mood' for the Community before it gets too big.

Comments
There are a ton of people waiting to be approved to the community. Since I currently have membership set to be pre-approved, they all need to be approved.
However, since I'm trying to keep this Community to motorcyclists only, I've been perusing each and every Profile to ensure the people wanting to join are actually motorcycle riders. If they don't have motorcycles in their profile somehow (a picture, a like, talking about them, etc) then I haven't been approving them.
I'm trying to set the standard for this community to be people who have and ride bikes, but people looking to join a community to spam the rest of us.
If there are any other questions, I should be here all week. ;)
