The drive tie-in is more for G-Suit users but optional dedicated titles seem like a good idea, seeing as that will no-doubt strengthen meta data.
That will I think make GooglePlus a more interesting proposition for "light blogging" for many users.
I could take or leave the post titles. I follow several people that use bold for titling their posts, so I guess I'd be in the minority, but I don't see myself using it much.
