Over on Twitter the The U.S. Army asked people to make short videos for the Army's birthday coming up on the 14th. This woman posted this video and it's ... whatever this is.

She works for the government, hates government employees, might be in the Navy or maybe just works on a Navy base, and apparently found an Army guy in a park and wants the Army's Twitter manager to find him for her.
