No surprise here, but once again #DonaldTrump lied. Or his mind was changed. Regardless, those in coal country who voted for him are going to be second guessing their votes again. The first time, of course, being his trying to dismantle Obamacare.

But, if you read beyond the headline, you'll see Energy Secretary Rick Perry has already used a little known power to extend the life of coal-fired power plants.
