Ok, so they've got a couple riders down. But is there a need for the whole pack to stop on the middle of the highway and block traffic completely?

No. There isn't. Pull most of those crotch rockets to the shoulder and just leave a couple to direct cars around the wreck until it can be moved. Morons.
