Since I spend most of my time on G+ I've created a habit: content creation here, then sharing to other social media networks. It's sort of what we see daily with people sharing tweets here, except the other way around. I find it a good way to demonstrate the G+ community as well as showcasing the lack of 140 character restrictions.
For the record, Facebook doesn't pull in the content (images) from G+ like Twitter (usually) does.

For social media use, it's entirely G+.
I just like the idea of directing people who might not otherwise come to the Ploos to see what a great platform it can be for the consummate Twitter user.
Twitter: checking news
Instagram: only pictures of my bike trips
LinkedIn: Sharing posts about work and data science
I don't use Facebook.
