[1] Yay for privacy and the Fourth Amendment! There's still a long way to go and accountability to be held, but at least this is a step in the right direction.

[2] Also yay for Thomas Hawk whose photo is used on this article. Or, booo, if they used his photo without permission/compensation.

Would this warrant be issued by the FISA and by that nature the whole thing would be secret, including the warrant it's self?
