I agree with you - it's a nice article. I'm glad that awareness of introversion appears to be increasing, if the general amount of discussion and the frequency of articles is anything to go by. For my part, I had a change in management a little less than a year ago and it's the first time that there hasn't been an immediate move to "fix" me.
