Bad news on the Spider-Man Sony/ Marvel Entertainment front?

Bad news on the Spider-Man Sony/ Marvel Entertainment front? Fox has made some terrible movies and it seems as though this guy was integral in making those bad movies happen. He's also not a fan of Sony's billion-dollar baby, Spider-Man. 

At this point I'd rather Marvel just kill Peter Parker and wipe him from the face of the Earth than have this Rothman guy ruin him.
