This is actually a pretty god idea. I don't know what they cost or how much power they can produce on average, but could you imagine a third world environment where people can come, plug in, and charge their devices/car batteries/ etc/? It might not be a good fit for running a home or neighborhood (with existing technologies) but as a mobile power generation tool, it's a great idea.
