Do you have armour in your stories? Here's a great little article on how adept medieval craftsmen were at creating armor for knights and lords. http://m.imgur.com/gallery/3j1jA
Some beautiful pics there. I love pragmatic realism in world building. So many flaws could be avoided easily if people would take the time to think things through logically. Like the idea that a knight who was knocked down couldn't get up again without help. Ridiculous. Not unless he was wearing a beer barrel, or had accidentally put on the armor intended for his horse.
So, Minnesota would rather people not be able to advance themselves without the officiating organization paying a fee, first? Do libraries have to pay a fee to lend books? Do documentaries put together by universities have to pay a fee first? If I move into the state and give away old college text books, do I have to pay a fee first? http://www.forbes.com/sites/evapereira/2012/10/19/minnesota-bans-free-online-education/
