So, 300 times huh? Out of how many recorded calls, emails and IMs? What exactly is the net value of this program which I assume runs 365 days a year, 24 hours a day? http://goo.gl/mag/gUH2wpu
There was a statement made, and I cannot recall the specific source, but I believe it was in a congressional hearing, where the NSA said that they have so much data from all their electronic monitoring that they cannot process the data. So... to me, the net value is in the red by hundreds of millions of dollars.
"so much data from all their electronic monitoring that they cannot process the data" -- that was my first thought regarding the matter: too much information, LOL.
So, Minnesota would rather people not be able to advance themselves without the officiating organization paying a fee, first? Do libraries have to pay a fee to lend books? Do documentaries put together by universities have to pay a fee first? If I move into the state and give away old college text books, do I have to pay a fee first? http://www.forbes.com/sites/evapereira/2012/10/19/minnesota-bans-free-online-education/
