Anthony Quintano of NBC/Universal is a Community Manager?

Anthony Quintano of NBC/Universal is a Community Manager? Is he a Community Manager with prison guard training in that anyone who appears out of line no matter their approach, especially if it is critical, is in fact out of line? Or, is he more like a petulant child who didn't like being questioned and ran to mommy and daddy to get the other boys from questioning him?
