Paul Ryan effectively told #DonaldTrump, and the American people, that the #Republican Congress has been covering for the President's bad acts and behavior and should they lose even one congressional house the President is effed.

Republican lawmakers have effectively told the Republican president that they've looked the other way on Trump's scandals and misdeeds, ignoring their oversight responsibilities and undermining the entire idea of checks and balances, but Democrats won't.

In #TrumpNation it's party over nation for the #GOP.

LOL. That's Ryan Running Scared. It is NOT just Trump. It's the great majority of the Republican Party… starting at the top. And Ryan knows it. Why do you think so many are retiring? They are the smart ones (relative to you know, like worms or slugs anyway), with a healthy but morbid fear of torches and pitchforks and tar and feathers.
