Woman has a ticket, but boards the plane to discover someone else in her seat. She's asked by attendants to sit in another seat. She complies. Later she uses the restroom only to have the same man blocking her return to her seat. He then complains she has a "pungent" odor.

What does United do? They kick the woman and her children off the plane.
