Over 3x as many people (13,000) have needed to be rescued in Houston as were at his 'rally' in Phoenix. Could we, perhaps, focus on the former, not the latter?

(Who the fuck am I kidding? Bigly bigly me likened MAJOR FLOODING to a leak in his crappy-ass rental properties.)
