I know someone who knows him both socially and professionally and says that at least he's not a horrible human, describes him as thoughtful and willing to listen to opposing opinions, even if he is quite conservative.

Good to know. Doesn't change the fact that he's a strict Constitutionalist. A judge, much less a supreme justice of the land, should consider everything, not just their personal preference, when hearing cases.

Jason ON I do not agree. They should all be Strict Constitutionalist. As it's not there job to create laws. I love this choice.
