Yeah, this picture falls apart pretty easily under slight scrutiny. The Asgardians in the Marvel lore are just long lived, powerful people from another realm/planet that were worshiped as gods when they visited earth in the past. To make it even better, God exists in the Marvel Universe, usually referred to "He Who Sits Above" or some such. So Ironman being an Atheist when he's in fact battled forces from Hell and had some cosmic encounters is just dumb, unless we're strictly talking about the movie version who is still early in his heroing career.
So, Minnesota would rather people not be able to advance themselves without the officiating organization paying a fee, first? Do libraries have to pay a fee to lend books? Do documentaries put together by universities have to pay a fee first?
