This is the question:
This is the question:
To stay with T-Mobile and continue to pay nearly $90/mo for spotty (data) service and slower than expected HSPA+ speeds, or switch to Sprint via a friend's family plan and save about $50/mo from my T-Mobile bill/
Pros: cheaper to switch
Cons: loss of account control, slower speeds (Denver has WiMax, but no LTE).
Voice coverage is decent with both, but T-Mobile's data coverage has been very spotty for me to the point where I can sit in the same location for an hour, use it, and watch as the service goes in and out.
So, any Sprint users out there have any advice?
Both companies have the Galaxy SIII, but on T-Mobile I would also consider the OneS.

GNEX > GS3
Price is nice, unlimited is nice on Sprint.
I know Kirsty Lawer lives around there & had Sprint last i knew, maybe she can confirm what 3G is like.
If you want i can take a look at the plans for NV+LTE in Denver
Much better network than Tmo or even Sprint.
Bob Jewels, Verizon Wireless is out of the question. I used to work for Verizon, had their wireless service (which was terrible) and Verizon was a horrible company. They will never get an ounce of my money.
Drew Dauffenbach, what is "NV+LTE?" Also, I checked, Denver isn't even listed as an area that's getting LTE on Sprint's agenda. Apparently, it's a smaller market.
Also keep in mind, Sprint doesn't charge you for any mobile to mobile minutes to any carrier. Way better than a MyFaves plan in most scenarios.
That being said, I have trouble-shot the phone and service over and over with T-Mo 611. It never lasts long. The map shows "satisfactory."
I was ready to say move to the cheaper option but the fact that T-Mobile jumped in here and is talking to you is a major prop for them. Good job T-Mobile!
However, like I said, I could save $40ish dollars a month going with Sprint on my friend's family plan.
Decisions, decisions.
service has essentially been great.
Coverage and signal strength could be better, especially near where I live.
Voice is non-existent inside amd mobile is dreadful. A few blocks away in
nearl any direction and the service is so much better.
