Ken Webster, when I read the article it was one dead, two injured. Has something changed?

Stephen Dickson, for every single package sent in this world, someone delivers it. So, unless you have other information that proves beyond a doubt that the bomb maker is also the bomb deliverer, then I think "sent" is just fine.

Glad they caught the guy. Ironically I grew up in Austin and used to make improvised explosives when I was a kid (that's basically what you do for fun in Texas; well that and shoot things). We didn't use them on people though.
