This is so ridiculously excessive, so laughably unconstitutional, that I doubted, when it first came my way, that anything like it was ever implemented — only to do some reporting and learn otherwise.

Why is Trump so consistently frantic to ensure that no one knows what goes on behind closed doors?

Doesn't apply to government employees, so Donald may not be happy with that end result. Now he can certainly fire everyone, so they are private individuals again and then he can enforce the NDA. Guess he's really going to go on a firing spree soon.
